Pille Pedmanson is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Plymouth Marjon University's School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules covering motivation, confidence, performance anxiety, and athlete mental health.
Her research focuses on behavior change maintenance in beginner runners, with publications in leading sport psychology journals. She holds an MSc in Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, BSc in Psychology from Swansea University, and is completing her PhD at Plymouth Marjon University.
Pedmanson is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Her work bridges academic research with practical applications in athlete development and mental wellbeing.
