Pietro Tricoli

Professor Pietro Tricoli holds the position of Professor of Power Electronics Systems at the University of Birmingham's Department of Electronic, Electrical and Systems Engineering, part of the School of Engineering. He is also affiliated with the Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education. His qualifications include a Dott-Ing, PhD, and memberships in FHEA, SMIEEE, and MEI.

Professor Tricoli's expertise spans power electronics, electric machines, and drives, with over 150 international publications, two book chapters, and a textbook in these fields. His research contributions are notable in advancing energy systems and control technologies.
