Pierre Haroche

Pierre Haroche serves as Associate Professor of European and International Politics at ESPOL (School of Political Studies of Lille), Catholic University of Lille, and holds a concurrent position as Defense Research Associate at the Jacques Delors Institute. Previously, he held research and academic roles at Queen Mary University of London, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces' Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM), and King's College London.

His research centers on European security architecture, defense policy evolution, and geoeconomic statecraft within EU integration frameworks.
