Pierre DELAGE

Pierre DELAGE is a Professor of Geotechnics at École des Ponts ParisTech, affiliated with the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction Information. He graduated as an Engineer from École des Ponts ParisTech, earned a Doctorate from Mines Paris and Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris VI), and holds a Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) from the University of Marne la Vallée, École des Ponts ParisTech, and ENS Cachan. His research focuses on thermo-hydro-mechanical couplings in soils and rocks, with applications in geotechnical engineering and civil infrastructure. He teaches courses on "Design of Applied Geotechnical Structures" and "Design of Structures at Risk."
