Dr. Phuc Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer in Management and Marketing at La Trobe University, Australia. She holds a PhD and MBA from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's in International Business from Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. Her research focuses on logistics/supply chain integration, public services contracting, welfare-to-work policies, and digital governance. She has held academic roles at La Trobe since 2018, previously as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne and a Lecturer in Vietnam.
Research interests include service supply chain management, employment services delivery, and policy analysis. She has contributed to over 40 publications, with recent work emphasizing digital transformation in welfare systems, such as Indonesia’s pre-employment card program and Australia’s digital governance frameworks. She leads grants including an ARC-funded project on digital welfare-to-work governance (2021–2024) and an Indonesian Ministry-funded evaluation of pre-employment card implementation.
Teaching includes subjects like International Logistics, Sustainable Development for Business, and Management of Service Supply Chains. Professional memberships include the Academy of Management and Australian Political Studies Association. She actively advises on policy reforms and supervises postgraduate research.
