Phill Conrad

Phill Conrad is a Senior Lecturer with Security of Employment (SLSOE) at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), holding a 50/50 joint appointment between the Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering and the College of Creative Studies (CCS). His primary responsibilities focus on undergraduate teaching and curriculum development, with a particular emphasis on improving accessibility and engagement in computing education. He has received numerous teaching awards, including the UCSB College of Engineering Outstanding Faculty Award (2012–2015) and the UCSB Faculty Senate Distinguished Teaching Award (2011).
