Dr Philip Wu is a Professor of Information Management and Head of the Department of Information and Operations Management at the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London. With a PhD from the iSchool at the University of Maryland, College Park, he specializes in human behavior in technology-mediated environments from sociopsychological perspectives.
