Philip Rosenbaum is a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Copenhagen Business School (CBS). His research focuses on Corporate Governance, Labor Economics, Household Economics, and Gender Economics. He is affiliated with the FAMBUSS Center of Excellence, Inequality Platform, and Copenhagen Education Network. Rosenbaum holds a PhD in Economics from CBS (2019), with a thesis titled Essays in Labor Markets: Gender, Fertility and Education.
His work examines topics such as parental leave policies, gender wage gaps, CEO education impacts on corporate environmental decisions, and the economic consequences of early childbearing. Recent publications include analyses of legislative changes in high-income countries and comparisons of child penalties for biological vs. adoptive parents.
