Philip L. Crossley is a Professor and Chair of the Behavioral & Social Sciences Department at Western Colorado University. He earned his PhD in Geography (1999) and MA in Latin American Studies (1990) from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Music from Trinity Western University (1986).
