Philip Huynh

Philip Huynh is a Sessional Faculty member at the TRU Faculty of Law, where he has co-instructed the Municipal Law course since 2018. He is also the City Solicitor for the City of Surrey, specializing in municipal law practice, including constitutional law, planning and development, human rights, municipal liability, council procedures, and conflicts of interest. Previously, he served as Chair of the National Municipal Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association.
