Phil Jolly

Phil Jolly is an Associate Professor at the School of Hospitality Management within Pennsylvania State University. His research and teaching focus on organizational behavior, diversity and inclusion, leadership dynamics, and social cognition in the hospitality industry.

He is affiliated with the Food Decisions Research Laboratory and serves as a Unit Diversity Committee Chair. His grant activities focus on diversity and inclusion processes, compensation systems, and leadership development in organizations.
