Petra Rácz-Putzer

Petra Rácz-Putzer is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics. She serves as the Director of the Sustainability Centre within the Centre for Applied Learning (CAL) and previously held the position of Head of Marketing at CAL (2019–2024). She has been actively involved in academic management since 2012 as the Faculty TDK Secretary. Her teaching focuses on marketing calculations, marketing finance, responsible and non-business marketing, and CSR/ESG education in both Hungarian and English programs.

• Education: MSc in Business and Economics (2009), PhD in Business Administration (2015).

Her research primarily explores Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), recently expanding into ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) frameworks. She is a member of the Faculty's ESG research group. Her publications analyze CSR-ESG transitions in tourism, social entrepreneurship, and cultural consumption patterns in Hungary.

Her recent articles highlight trends in sustainable tourism, bibliometric analysis of CSR-ESG evolution, and social entrepreneurial attitudes among students. These works intersect with subfields such as stakeholder management, ethical marketing, and cultural economics.

Petra has received professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (2014), and roles as a mentor, trainer, and business coach. She contributes to institutional leadership through her administrative roles and research initiatives.
