Petr Hájek

Prof. Petr Hájek is a prominent Czech architect and academic at the Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague, where he leads the Hájek Studio. He studied at CTU's Faculty of Architecture (1995–1998) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (1988–1995). Since 2004, he has taught at CTU, becoming associate professor in 2010 and full professor in 2017. He founded the architectural firm Petr Hájek ARCHITEKTI (2009) and the Art-Now Foundation (2001) to support art and talent, as well as the Laboratory of Experimental Architecture (LEA) in 2010.

His Virtual Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava (since 2012) and leadership in academic competitions (e.g., Venice Biennale 2016) highlight his commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration.
