Peter Wolcott is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis at the University of Nebraska Omaha's College of Information Science & Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona (1993). His research focuses on information technology for development, service learning, assessment in higher education, and student cognitive processes.
