Peter Wilhelmsson

Peter Wilhelmsson is an Associate Professor and Docent at Linköping University, affiliated with the Department of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences (BKV) and the Division of Inflammation and Infection (II). His research focuses on translational studies of infectious diseases, including tick-borne infections and COVID-19. He contributes to collaborative projects such as the ABOGRAFT study, investigating antibiotic use in hip replacement surgeries to prevent infections.
