Dr. Peter Weston is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for Chemical Engineering at the Department of Engineering and Mathematics, Sheffield Hallam University. He holds a PhD and MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sheffield (2014). His research focuses on bioenergy, sustainability, and waste heat recovery, supported by roles in the National Centre of Excellence for Food Engineering and Industry and Innovation Research Institute.
