Peter Rock

Dr. Peter Rock serves as Professor and former Chairman of Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine with secondary appointments in Medicine and Surgery. He previously held faculty positions at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Washington University School of Medicine, where he also earned an MBA. His clinical expertise spans pulmonary and critical care medicine with leadership roles including service as Chief of the Barnes Hospital Division of Anesthesiology and Medical Director of Respiratory Care at UNC Hospitals.
