Peter Rickard

Peter Rickard serves as a Lecturer at the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES), Charles Sturt University, leveraging over two decades of operational experience within the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and its predecessor organizations including Revenue Canada - Customs and Excise and the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency.
