Peter Moench is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Classics at St. Olaf College, serving during the 2024-25 and 2025-26 academic years. He teaches in both the Classics department and the Enduring Questions program. His research focuses on ancient Greek literature, particularly Pindar’s exploration of kinship and human identity, as evidenced by his doctoral dissertation: Pindar’s Physics of Family: Kinship, Heredity, and the Problem of Being Human.
