Peter Michaelis

Prof. Dr. Peter Michaelis is Chair of Environmental and Resource Economics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Augsburg, Germany. He has held this position since April 1999, leading research and teaching in environmental economics, resource management, and climate change policy.

His research focuses on the economic aspects of environmental problems, with particular emphasis on climate change economics. Key areas include:
