Professor Peter Lian is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at York University's Lassonde School of Engineering. He holds prestigious fellowships from IEEE, Canadian Academy of Engineering, and Singapore Academy of Engineering. His research focuses on biomedical circuits, low-power systems, and embedded AI for IoT sensors. He has served in numerous leadership roles within IEEE, including IEEE Board of Directors (2024-2025) and President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (2018-2021).
