Peter Goldstein

Peter Goldstein is a Professor in the Graduate School of Medical Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine. His research focuses on the molecular and cellular mechanisms through which general anesthetics affect the central nervous system (CNS). He is affiliated with the Neuroscience program and investigates the role of the thalamus, GABAA receptors, and ion channels in anesthesia.
