Peter Fauth is a Lecturer and Doctoral Student at the Department of Sociology, Technische Universität Berlin. His work focuses on social research methodologies, sociology of knowledge, and ideology studies. He holds a Master of Arts in Sociology (2024) from TU Berlin.
He has been a Lecturer for the Chair of Methods of Empirical Social Research since 2024/25 and previously served as a Student Assistant (2019–2023) on the ERMTYP project, analyzing barriers in labour relations for employees with health impairments. His research emphasizes policy gaps affecting migrant workers and pandemic-era workplace health management.
Publications include studies on Indonesian migrant women’s vulnerabilities and return-to-work processes during the pandemic. He has presented talks on health-promoting leadership styles and employee management challenges in rehabilitation contexts.
