Professor Peter Craig Collins is a Professor of Linguistics at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the Department of Linguistics. He has been teaching at UNSW since 1980, following roles at the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, and Rusden College. His research focuses on grammatical/linguistic theory, Australian English variation, and discourse analysis.
