Peter Coles

Professor Peter Coles is a theoretical astrophysicist specializing in cosmology and the large-scale structure of the Universe. He holds a professorship at Maynooth University's Department of Physics within the Faculty of Science & Engineering. His career includes positions at the University of Cambridge, Sussex, Nottingham, and Cardiff University, where he contributed to establishing astronomy groups and held leadership roles.
