Peter Anderson

Peter Anderson is a Professor and the Director of Griffith University's Indigenous Research Unit. Of Walpiri and Murinpatha heritage, he is a leading advocate for Indigenous and marginalized communities in education, working within the social sciences domain at Griffith University.

His research is dedicated to advancing educational equity and access, grounded in the principle that education is a fundamental human right. His current major project involves a comprehensive analysis of NAPLAN data to identify patterns of performance among Indigenous students, employing innovative quantitative methods to inform better teaching practices and policy.
