Penelope Harrison

Penelope Harrison is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Organisation Academic Area at Rennes School of Business. She holds an MBA from Leeds University Business School (2002) and a B.A. in French Studies & Linguistics from Lancaster University (1993). Her research focuses on work-life balance, staff motivation, cross-cultural teamwork, and HR challenges in mergers & acquisitions. She teaches courses such as Organizational Behavior, Managing Cultural Diversity, and Career Coaching.
