Peggy Delmas

Peggy Delmas, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership and Teacher Education at the University of South Alabama's College of Education and Professional Studies. With over 25 years in higher education, she focuses on advocacy for student learning and lifelong education. Her research spans gender and leadership, online education, global education, and administration. She teaches courses like Higher Education Law, Multicultural Organizational Change, and Digital Leadership.
