Professor Pedro de Faria is a Professor of Innovation Management at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business, where he chairs the Department of Innovation Management and Strategy. His academic journey includes roles as Chair since 2021, Full Professor since 2020, and prior positions from Assistant to Associate Professor. He holds a PhD in Engineering and Industrial Management from Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon) and has extensive international experience, including visiting scholar roles in Germany.
