Pedro Amorim is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Porto's Faculty of Engineering (FEUP), and Head of the Research Center for Industrial Engineering and Management at INESC TEC. He holds a Master's and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from FEUP. His research focuses on supply chain planning, operations research, and logistics optimization, with an emphasis on food and textile industries. He co-founded LTPlabs, a consultancy firm applying analytical methods to complex decision-making.
