Dr. hab. Paweł Susid is a university professor at the Faculty of Media Arts, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He is a prominent figure in Polish contemporary art, known for his expressive painting practice and critical engagement with social and political realities.
His research and artistic interests center on contemporary painting, visual culture, and media arts, with a strong emphasis on how art reflects and contests reality. His work bridges creative practice and institutional engagement, informed by decades of exhibition experience and cultural leadership.
