Dr. hab. Paweł Zdanikowski serves as a Professor at the Department of Commercial Law within the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), a position he attained in 2024 following his habilitation degree in 2022.
His academic journey at KUL began with a Master of Laws degree in 2002, followed by doctoral studies culminating in a PhD in Law in 2010. His scholarly progression included positions as assistant (2003), assistant professor (2011), and ultimately university professor (2024).
Professor Zdanikowski's research focuses on commercial law with particular expertise in shareholder law and limited liability company structures, as evidenced by his master's thesis "The Essence of Participation in a Limited Liability Company" and doctoral dissertation "The Construction of Shareholder Law in a Limited Liability Company."
