Pawan Kumar Dutt

Pawan Kumar Dutt is a Senior Lecturer at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) in the Law Institute under the Faculty of Business and Governance. He holds a PhD in Intellectual Property Law from the Estonian Business School and has been a faculty member since 2011, advancing from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer.
