Dr. Pavel Yakovlev is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, Duquesne University, where he teaches Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Public Economics. Born in Siberia, he moved to the U.S. for education, earning his B.S. from Shepherd College, M.A. and Ph.D. from West Virginia University (WVU).
