Paulina Zarębska

Paulina Zarębska serves as Assistant Professor and Deputy Director of the Institute of Vocal Studies at Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań since September 2020. A specialist pianist-accompanist with extensive international performance experience, she bridges academic research and practical vocal artistry through her dual expertise in performance and pedagogy.

Her academic foundation includes:

• Postgraduate Master's Program at Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań
• Conservatorium van Amsterdam (Netherlands) under Matthijs Verschoor

Dr. Zarębska's research centers on Vocal Accompaniment techniques and Phonetics of German/French in singing, informed by her doctoral work on Maurice Ravel's compositional language. Her active engagement with Baroque repertoire through the Bach-focused Baroque Project demonstrates her commitment to historical performance practice alongside contemporary vocal pedagogy.

Her scientific recognition includes:

• Distinguished accompaniment diploma at 2nd National "Sound Discoveries" Competition (Poznań)
