Paula Seymour

Paula Seymour is an Associate Professor of Business Administration and Social Entrepreneurship Program Director at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. She teaches management and entrepreneurship courses and promotes circular economic approaches aligned with the triple bottom line. Her work focuses on developing compassionate leaders who drive organizational renewal and systems change through spiritually grounded decision-making.
