Paula Chimenti

Paula Chimenti is an Associate Professor at the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of RAC – Revista de Administração Contemporânea and Coordinator of the Executive MBA program. A recipient of the CNPq Research Productivity Fellowship, she leads the Center for Studies in Strategy and Innovation, focusing on disruptive innovations in business ecosystems.

Research Focus: Her work spans strategy, leadership, innovation, media, and digital marketing, with emphasis on how disruptive technologies reshape business ecosystems. She leads ANPAD's Digital Marketing and Innovation theme and collaborates with PUC-Rio's Leadership, Change and Innovation research group.

Academic Leadership: Has advised over 70 researchers (doctoral, master's, and undergraduate students) and secured research grants from CNPq and FAPERJ. She teaches graduate courses on digital platforms, innovation, and research methodology, and has lectured at international institutions including Georgia State University and Sorbonne.
