Dr. Paul Wojda is Associate Professor of Theology at the University of St. Thomas, specializing in Catholic healthcare ethics. Holding a PhD in Christian Ethics/Moral Theology from the University of Notre Dame, he previously chaired the St. Paul/Minneapolis Archdiocesan Biomedical Ethics Committee.
His research focuses on biomedical morality through the lens of Catholic theological principles, with recent publications examining gene patenting debates, physician burnout, and reproductive care in Catholic hospitals. Wojda has taught internationally at institutions including the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Rome) and the St. Thomas Aquinas Institute in Kiev.
