Dr. Paul Williams is a Senior Lecturer in Earth and Environmental Sciences at The University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in Physics (1999) and a BSc in Physics with Electronics from UMIST (1995). His research focuses on aerosol chemistry, atmospheric science, and aviation emissions, with particular interest in aircraft emissions regulation and air quality.
