Paul Thagard

Paul Thagard is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of Waterloo and Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. His interdisciplinary research spans philosophy, cognitive science, and psychology, developing theories of mind and social behavior.

Research focuses on:

• Philosophical foundations of artificial intelligence
• Social dynamics of misinformation
