Dr Paul Taylor is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, and Fellow of the Centre for Public, International and Comparative Law. His research spans international human rights law, conflict of laws, and competition law.
Education: He holds degrees in Commerce, Economics and Law from the University of Queensland, a Master of Laws from the same university, and a Doctorate (Juridical Science) from Queensland University of Technology.

- Cross-border litigation frameworks at The Hague Conference
- Regulation of expressive freedoms and religious content in international law
