Paul R. Dubinsky is a Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School, specializing in transnational litigation, treaty interpretation, and comparative private international law. His teaching spans civil procedure, international law, and national security law at institutions including Yale Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
