Paul Lengenfelder

Paul Lengenfelder is affiliated with the University of Salzburg, Department of Psychology, within the Faculty of Social Sciences. He serves in the Quality Management (QM Teaching) unit and is a member of the Methods and Evaluation Working Group. His roles include overseeing admission procedures for Psychology programs, course evaluations, and organizing the Department's lecture series.

Teaching responsibilities include courses such as 'Test Theory and Test Construction' (Bachelor's), 'Evaluation Methods' (Master's), and 'Evidence-based Development of Teaching' (PLUS university didactics course). He also teaches a Bachelor seminar in Educational Psychology and coordinates a Hapkido self-defense course (USI Course 181) for beginners.

His professional interests span educational psychology, psychological diagnostics, and academic evaluation methodologies. Outside academia, he contributes to the Salzburg Hap Ki Do club, offering martial arts instruction.
