Paul Johnson

Dr. Paul Johnson is Associate Dean, Thomas W. Colbert Lecturer in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurial Finance, and Associate Professor of Management at the University of Mississippi. His research focuses on innovation, creativity, and motivational processes in entrepreneurial teams.

He founded the Neurophysiological Work Behavior Laboratory while at Western Carolina University. Dr. Johnson represents Ole Miss in the SEC Leadership Development Program and teaches Principles of Management and Dissertation courses. His research appears in Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
