Paul J. LeBlanc

Dr. Paul J. LeBlanc is the President of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), where he has led transformative growth from 2,800 to over 170,000 students since 2003. He is a prominent figure in reimagining higher education, emphasizing technology-driven competency-based models and addressing systemic challenges in preparing graduates for workforce readiness.

He holds a PhD from the University of Massachusetts, MA from Boston College, and BA from Framingham State University. Prior roles include founding a tech startup for Houghton Mifflin (1993–1996) and presidency at Marlboro College (1996–2003).
