Paul Horwitz is the Gordon Rosen Professor of Law at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he teaches courses in law and religion, constitutional law, law and public policy, legal ethics, and legislation and regulation. A prominent First Amendment scholar, he has authored two books—The Agnostic Age: Law, Religion, and the Constitution (Oxford University Press) and First Amendment Institutions (Harvard University Press)—as well as numerous articles in leading law reviews.
