Paul Glare

Professor Paul Glare is Chair in Pain Medicine at the University of Sydney's Sydney Medical School, leading the Pain Management Research Center. He holds a Master of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology and a MA in Applied Ethics (Health Care). His career includes roles at the Cleveland Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and palliative care leadership in Sydney. Research focuses on cancer pain, opioid management, and behavioral economics in pain decision-making. He has published widely in journals like Pain Medicine and Palliative and Supportive Care.
