Paul Forrester

Dr. Paul Forrester is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Keele Business School, Keele University. He holds a BSc and PhD from Aston University and has extensive academic and industry experience. Previously, he served at the University of Birmingham (2002-2013), Aston Business School (1999-2002), and Keele University (1991-1999). His roles include Senior Teaching Fellow in Enterprise and Management and Director of MBA Programmes across these institutions. He specializes in operations management, project management, and cross-cultural management education.

Education: BSc and PhD from Aston University. His research focuses on operations design, supply networks, quality management, and international operations. He has supervised 13 doctoral students to completion and is interested in PhD supervision on critical studies in operations, organizational issues in operations management, and innovative teaching in cross-cultural contexts.

He has prior industry experience in manufacturing management and contract research in sectors like automotive, ceramics, and electronics assembly. His expertise also spans virtual working and pedagogical approaches in management education.
