Paul Finnicum

Dr. Paul Finnicum is a Professor of Health Promotion Education at Arkansas State University's College of Education & Behavioral Science, Department of Health, Physical Education and Sport Sciences (HPESS). He holds an Ed.D. and M.S. from Oklahoma State University and a B.S. from Northern Illinois University.
