Paul Christopher Anderson

Paul Christopher Anderson is Alumni Master Teacher and University Historian at Clemson University's College of Arts and Humanities. With faculty appointments since 2000, his academic focus centers on the historical and cultural landscapes of the American South, particularly South Carolina.

Before joining Clemson, Professor Anderson taught at the University of Mississippi and University of Alabama-Birmingham. His work as University Historian involves preserving and interpreting institutional heritage while advancing scholarship on regional history.
